| Dersin Amacı | The goal of this course at the first step is to give the basic theory of semiconductor devices, namely pn junction diode, bipolar junction transistor (BJT) and Metal Oxide Semiconductor Field Effect Transistor (MOSFET). Their models and the limitations of these models will be then discussed. The design and analysis of diode circuits, simple BJT and MOSFET amplifiers will be studied. PSPICE will be used to simulate the electronic circuits. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
